Your registration for a workshop via messages or social media channels is only valid upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is confirmed, your spot is not secured.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than one month (30 days) prior to the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made between 10 and 30 days prior to the workshop start date, you will receive a 50% refund, or you may rebook the full amount as credit towards a future workshop.

For cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop start date, we are unable to offer refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we may, on a case-by-case basis and as a goodwill gesture, consider rebooking the full amount as credit towards a future workshop.

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

In the event of a sold-out workshop, if your spot is successfully rebooked by another participant, or if you provide a suitable replacement or exchange partner, you will always receive a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.

Should we need to change the date or cancel a workshop from our side, participants will always have the choice of either rebooking their spot for a future workshop or receiving a full refund.

Please note that for workshops with guest instructors, the start and end times may occasionally require minor, short-notice adjustments due to their travel arrangements. If such an adjustment occurs within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., up to three hour difference), it does not entitle participants to a refund.
